CallerID Support
The entire CallAudit family of software products support CallerID. This allows you to see who is calling before you answer! You see both the callers telephone number and their name just after the first ring.
Pop-Up Displays
When a call occurs, CallAudit displays the incoming number and name of the caller on the computer display in a variety of formats. Our "small popup" option allows you to see who is calling, while not interfering with your work flow:
For more information, the Popup Summary display shows company and location information, in addition to line number and call time.

CallerID is a service provided by your telephone company. It provides the caller number, and optionally the call name, through information sent with the incoming call. In the US and Canada this information is provided via special audible tones sent between the first and second telephone rings. In the UK the information is sent before the first ring. Other countries that support CallerID may use other technical means.
